New President Appointed to Kramer-Triad Management Group, LLC.

Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills and Troy, MI, August 26th, 2008— Kramer-Triad Management Group, LLC, the largest community association management firm in Southeast Michigan, has appointed Jeff Gourlie as the new President of the company. Former President Craig Koss has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Associa. 

Jeff Gourlie, former Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has over 23 years in property management with the last 18 years at Kramer-Triad Management Group. Mr. Gourlie has received his AMS and PCAM designations and has served as the President and Treasurer of the Michigan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) where he currently serves a board member. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Membership Advisory Committee for CAI on a national level. Gourlie also serves on the Board of Directors of Associa Cares, a non-profit charity established by Associa.  

Former President Craig Koss has over twenty-four years experience in property management with the last fourteen years at Kramer-Triad Management Group. He is an active member of CAI having obtained the AMS and PCAM designations.  He also serves on the Association of Professional Community Managers Board for CAI, the Ethics Committee and is a current member of the CAI National Board of Trustees.  Mr. Koss is a University of Michigan graduate.
